Now seems like a good time for Norm to be on Conan. At the end of Late Night when he was on he was already dissing Jay Leno for taking a show in front of Conan. Would love to hear Norm's thoughts now.

No, I think that's definitely true. I think he needs to be away from the show, maybe come back eventually, but he needs to be away. He gave a pretty interesting interview to the New York Post right before his suicide attempt. A pretty good read/listen, even has some bits about Norm in there. He said he's been clean for eight months and lost 50 pounds.

I think Norm was right when he told Adam Carolla that the Stern show sorta enables/encourages Artie's bad behavior. I know Norm backtracked from those comments when he was on Howard but there's some truth there. If Howard wants to help Artie, he should fire him.
